Refund policy
RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
We offer a 7-day return window. Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
All approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@thenesslabel.com and receive return approval instructions prior to sending any items back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued if the item meets all return requirements. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items not in original condition
- Swimwear (FINAL SALE)
- Items marked as final sale
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve verified issues accordingly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
