Shipping policy
Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday thru Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. We currently ship in the U.S only.
Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP via email. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from thenesslabel.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. The Ness Label does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-72 Hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
There is a flat rate charge for standard shipping and heavy goods shipping.

Local Pickup Terms & Conditions
By selecting the Local Pickup option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pickup Notification via Text Message
All local pickup orders will be confirmed via text message only. You will receive a message when your order is ready, along with your pickup time details.
Do NOT arrive before receiving this text.
2. Confirmation Required Before Arrival
Your order is not ready until you receive a text confirming it is ready for pickup. Showing up without this confirmation means your order may not be available.
3. No Text = No Pickup
If you arrive without receiving a “ready for pickup” text message, you will not be accommodated. You must wait until you receive confirmation.
4. Scheduled Pickup Time
Your pickup time will be provided in your text message. You must arrive within your assigned window to ensure a smooth pickup process.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your pickup may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
6. Order Verification
Please have your order confirmation (text message) ready at pickup. ID will be required.
7. Communication Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct and able to receive text messages.
8. Failure to Pick Up Orders
If a local pickup order is not picked up within [3–5 days] of the confirmed pickup notification:
- No refunds will be issued
- The order will be eligible for store credit only
- Items may no longer be held after this timeframe
